1. When I buy ingredients, will I receive instructions on how to prepare them?
On the Website, Facebook, and Tiktok there will be content providing recipes for making dishes/drinks related to Magisea ingredients. In particular, Magisea will periodically organize experience sharing sessions and introduce new dishes so that you can update information and products according to new trends for your store. The specific schedule will be posted on Magisea Fanpage.
2. What should I do if I live in the province and want to buy goods?
Magisea will guide the purchasing steps for customers outside the Ho Chi Minh City area
Step 1: You order the product on Magisea or send your order to the support hotline+84 902 915 465
Step 2: Pay for the order via bank account with the following content: Orderer's name and order phone number.
Step 3: After receiving your transfer, Magisea will contact the nearest agent to deliver the goods you requested to your home. Note, shipping costs will be notified to you from Magisea's agent.
3. When purchasing in large quantities, will I receive any promotions or discounts?
Most products at Magisea are sold at the most competitive prices on the market.
